Email Address

 

How can I find my my NetEase Account Username? 

Fill in the Username Request form with your email address and click the send button. The username for the email address entered will be returned to the email address entered. This operation requires manual verification and can take up to 24 hours.

Hint: Try the first part of your email address - the part prior to the @.

If all else fails, call the General Support and Information number listed on our contacts page.

I need to request my NetEase Account Password? 

 

If you know your NetEase Username, but have lost your Password, by clicking on the Retrieve Lost Password link. The Netease Account 

password  will be emailed to the primary email address listed in the NetEase account.  Click here to retrieve your password.

Is there an easy way I can make changes to my domain registration?

 

Click on the "Access My Account" button on the left hand side of this page. Once you successfully log into your NetEase account, you have compete access to the registration data for your domains. You can update the contact information, add or change DNS records, lock/unlock your domain and find the "Auth code" for your domain.

How do I transfer my Domain Registration to NetEase?

 

If you are an existing member, log into your account by clicking the "Access My Account" button on the left hand side of this page. Select one of the bundles. You will see a transfer button. Click on "Transfer Domain" and follow the instructions.

 

If you are a new member, select any of the bundles. Enter the domain name and you will see a transfer button. Click on "Transfer Domain" and follow the instructions.


How do I transfer my Domain Registration to another registrar?

 

You will need to initiate the transfer from the new Registrar. You will need the "Auth code" which you can find in your NetEase Account for the domain.

I do not see the link to my domain registration. Why?

 

If you registered your domain prior to 1 January, 2008, it will need to be synced. Syncing an account upgrades it to a currently available product code. There is no charge for syncing and the rate you are paying for your acount will not change. To get your domain synced, fill out the form below. Syncing is a manual process and can take up to 24 hours
